TabTale, a global leader in the field of children’s game development, ranked as a top 10 mobile game publisher worldwide, acquired Level Bit!

Our team will help grow TabTale’s separate publishing label, Crazy Labs, which releases games for mature audience.

The acquisition includes Level Bit’s operational aspects, including our new game that is expected to be released in the Q2.

TabTale was founded by Sagi Schliesser (CEO), Oran Kushnir (Chairman) and Nir Bejerano (CTO), in 2010 in Tel Aviv and has attracted over 500 million downloads of its games and educational apps. The company consistently scores in the top 10 of mobile game publishers, including high rankings on App Annie. Their investors include Magma Venture Partners, Qualcomm Ventures, and Vintage Investment Partners.

TabTale has set up offices in four continents, with operations in Israel (headquarters), the U.S., China, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Serbia where Level Bit’s 10-person staff will also fall under TabTale’s management.

"We anticipate this acquisition of Level Bit, famed for its integrated high capabilities
of rich content game development, will enhance TabTale’s portfolio of wide audience games,
an area that has been growing in the company under the Crazy Labs brand."

said TabTale CEO Sagi Schliesser.
